I like the idea, but I think it could be done way better. Not too many people receive gifts with bows that look like they've been photocopied. It needs color. "Special Gift ENCLOSED!" sounds like you're sending me spam or that you thought people wouldn't get it without the text (which isn't good). I would recommend designing some kind of wrapping paper pattern to go around the whole shirt with belt printing.
