The flower could certainly come up. Our little buddy down there is also rendered a lot like the sun -- with sharp tips. Maybe contrast the two a bit, softer on the flower?

I think this should be centered more on the chest, with the layout much like it is below the shirt in the submission.

In my opinion, I don't think very much effort was put into the composition of the design. It's just... blah. There's nothing going on here to make the shirt stand out at all. |

Maybe it's because the room I'm in is really lit up, but this design is really bright. Darker colors on the sun and flower would help out a lot.
