his head is pointy looks like a kkk member almost just don't make it look so much like a cloak (i.e. the sleeves the head is pointy and falling back like a hood)

I think he's punching in on the crow time clock. But it does kind of look like he's gonna burn some crosses after that.

I'm with everyone, here. This could easily be altered into something really cool. As it is now, I don't understand the point. And yes, the ghost is too pointy.
