Not so sure about the blue string. Looks like spit. :P

White would be a better color for the string/rope idea. Other than that, a solid 4.

Great design but the rope should be a different color than the water and that shade of blue is used too much in the design. The pegleg is a nice thouch.

White rope, little more detail on the ship, change shirt color, and maybe have a parrot flying out of the bottle trying to keep up with its master? Great idea tho.
