ctt on Oct 30 '03 The needle is part of the symbolism/concept. It can be a reference to the damage caused by drug use but it can also be seen as a reference to the damage done by the science community tampering with nature (that is a tie in with the Dodo bird). It can also just be seen as man destroying life and nature through pollution.
However, it can also just be seen as a scary hyperdermic needle. Oooh so scary. Mom always said not to play with needles. |

ctt on Oct 31 '03 Thank you, and sorry about the politics. Young people these days though need to get a little more politically minded though, unless you feel like raiding another country and dying to make rich men richer. Designers have a lot of power when it comes to influencing youth so we don't repeat the mistakes of the past (and present).
