I think that the lungs should be place just a little lower on the shirt, they look a little too high (and maybe just a little too short). Other than that, cool concept and I agree with the idea of maybe being on a different color shirt.

you in to nate williams? I'd take out the type (the pic speaks for itself) and bring the blue of the lungs round the edge of it all. I think the styles and placement of everything is too disparate, and the harmony of digital and hand-drawn isn't perfectly balances, something I struggle with alot. Saying all this, i'm a harsh idiot and it's great to see some good drawing going on.
