personal preferance: i'm not crazy about colors. but maybe it's my monitor. they seem washed out. i'd like to see it on a darker shirt.

I like the concept. I was a huge fan of inspector gadget growing up so i would totally wear this, the only thing i would suggest would be to make the hat stand out just a bit more. I think it would make more of a statement. Otherwise, i give it a 5.
