Good idea, but personally I think the sihloette looks a little too rounded off. Try going in for some more details, and it'll look better on a big shirt. Also, his upper hand looks like it should be more on the A. It kinda looks like a stump.

Also, to make this funnier i'd have something besdies just some piano keys on a small part of the letter; maybe a guitar on the bottom part?

I'd like to see what it looks like with white keys in addition to the black... only 2 colors atm so it's worth a try.. otherwise I still have to div it a 5 and buy

It reminds me of Alvin from Alvin and the Chipmunks. You know his big red "A" shirt? I don't know if that was intentional, but.. yeah. ^^; It's cute.

This would be cool if it were more realistic and you did multiple instruments in the same way. A 'J' could easily become a saxophone, for instance.
