i agree with a lot of these points, i love the placement, people are too small, needs more red, and possible on the back of the shirt or in another obscure place, have another little dude painting a random red spot onto the shirt (not on a building)

I like this line drawing style. It reminds me just a bit of Edward Gorey, but with substantial differences.
