The whale's tail kind of bothers me. I understand the angle aspect but it just looks a little dinosaur-ish.

just have the submarine with the whale cut everything else and have there be a pole coming out of the front with whatever (carrots) hanging off.

I really like the main drawing, I think it could do without the second submarine. If it does say, it has to be less distracting, it throws the design off.
The background is a little "everywhere", or at least it seems that way because of the creatures being white. Maybe you could shift colours around, and get a bluish colour for the creature, and replace a grey or something. Just thrown stuff out there, I really like the concept, and I think it could be a great shirt :D |

FRICKINAWESOME on Nov 03 '07 I agree with some statements that the first thing i thought of was to get rid of everything but the sub on top of the whale, the whale and the carrots. Everything selse draws attention away from the design. If you want a fish or a jelly fish here or there sprinkled lightly, go for it. Other than that, this is one heck of a fun idea.

i like it with the clutter :[ every sub on threadless gets these comments to remove clutter. ergo all of our shirts are plain with a single center of focus.. sometimes a little commotion isn't so bad. $5 as is.
