very cute. nothing super special though, i'd try to spice it up by making the fact that the cows a "sea" cow more obvious. add flippers, a bathing suit, etc. good color choice for the tees.

I'd put the snorkel on the other side of the cow's head. Definitely make the goggles larger, and add flippers.
