Great Idea, I like it I would wear it if his wings were more Lego like and you added a bit more color to him.

love it. but don't really get it.

There needs to be more than just a legoman with wings. There should be a lego heaven scene, with the pearly gates and clouds and whatever.

I don't really like the re-envisioning for this design, but i like the concept moosedinner provided. It's got some potential because we've all left our legos and other action figures out to be destroyed by weather, vacuums, pets, etc. So maybe you shouls have a scene from the bird's eye view with the lego angel facing the pearly gates opening, and a gi-joe looking guy could be weather ravaged, or his leg fallen off and torso could be turned around, and maybe a toy with lots of chew marks etc.

Cute idea, but I'm not a fan of the "distressed" effect over the image. I like some of the above suggestions, for making him beat up in some other way, and/or as part of a bigger Lego heaven image.

Or, if you just stick with the basic Lego-man-with-wings design, go with a color other than black. (Distressed + black tee + off-center-placement = a million tees I see at malls.)

just an idea, and it may just be because i was a particularly careless child, but i know my legomen all ended up either headless or armless... perhaps a few who have died in combat?
