how many more submissions do you intend to submit before the competition is over? I ask this seeing as the competion guidelines clearly state that you may only submit one to three designs between October 15 and November 1st

I don't mind seeing more submissions, but at least make them better submissions than the past efforts!

I didn't realize that there was a limit to the number of submissions. That is my fault for not take note of that back when I started submitting designs. I enjoy doing t-shirt designs and I have been submitting ideas as they have been coming to me. So I'm guessing that my first 3 designs I submitted during the time frame is what would be within the guidelines and the rest are just left to future criticism.

But personally, if I had to choose from my submissions so far, I'd have to say: School Bus, Toy*, and Toy Boat. Although none of those got very good scores, even though I truelly believe them to be good design. Toy Boat especially. To hey_barn: your designs are not all that great either, so lay off mine a bit if you could.

Ouch - bortwein, I liked your early designs mate – I just think the ones later on (as above) weren’t as strong and I wouldn’t buy. I really liked your School Bus and gave it a good score! Relax man, read the rules and take the comments with a pinch of salt (people are generally being honest and constructive). Like you, I personally like my designs, but appreciate if you don’t (Some people don’t like Picassos work but that doesn’t make him a bad artist). I have voted around 5 other tee’s higher than my own efforts as I think they really deserve to win. On another note, I have some much better ones designs which I’m hanging onto as I’d rather keep them to use for myself or enter at another time / place. Anyway, keep up the T-Shirt designs / design work and I’ll see you in the next competition - good luck. hey_barn :]

First off, I agree with you hey_barn on many levels, but I'm not trying to attack you in any way. By the way nice website. As for the submission limit, that was my own personal oversite. I have sent a message to the people at threadless to find out the fate of most of my designs and which ones would be in the big contest. I am looking forward to seeing more of your designs hey_barn.
