It's really getting out of hand how everyone thinks everyone is stealing everyone' else's designs (i know I left a message on brandonb11's most recent sub, but that's because it was on this site and too familiar to ignore)...but the only similiar thing i see here is something round and fluffy.
That design is a pig, this one is a cat. It's not like this is an amazing coincidence and only a small part of the design. Herky I think has done enough ridiculously original work that a passing resemblance to another character from some other random t-shirt site can surely be seen as a coincidence.
I agree the pig may be pink and fluffy but all similarity disappears there. Also the pig is alone and this design has a background and context for the fluffiness of the cat. I think it is a good design and in no way a stolen idea.

The kitty makes me laugh, but it took me a long minute to figure out what the whistle around the biggest dog's neck was.
I don't think I'd wear it (not a dog fan, although, like I said, I love the kitty), but it's definitely cute.
Looks best on denim to me.
