shouldn't it be called "a thimble with a fairy kiss"?
i agree, although less rudely, with bird75. we want to see your designs, not how you can change the color on someone elses work. Besides, i'm pretty sure it counts as plagerism on some level... isn't peter pan copywrited? |

if it was just the thimble it think it would be cool no text, i loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove peter pan more then you can imagine, and i think people would get it if it was just a thimble.

It is just the thimble and kiss... that is it no text... what peter is wearing is the placement.
and yes it is a "kiss" with a "thimble" on it as J.M. Barrie would say not a thimble with a kiss on it. |

somehow i dont think that was drawn. if it was then it's incredible. but if it wasn't, then i'm pretty sure threadless doesn't allow the use of photos!

Using a picture is perfectly fine as long as it isn't copyrighted, and threadless is totally fine with using photos. Personally I think it's genius. I love the idea so much. I love Peter Pan. I'd buy it!

0, the only thing you "might" have done is the kiss... there is no design here, just an image found off of google. copyright aside, there is no design to judge here.

Cut your losses. I humbly advise that you lose the pic, redraw and resub. You get 3 tries, anyway, and they might like the drawing. you're sure to get closer to your intent if you draw it anyway.

Its copyrighted because its on the internet. Once you put it up on your website its copyrighted.
