I like it, I think it would be better from a front perspective instead of the top. also...who holds a gun like that? It might work better with a knife.
Its an overall cool idea though...just needs some reworking. |

Well, if he pulled his hand in front of him, the top of his hand would be on top then, assuming he just swung his arm straight down and up and didn't twist it.

quister on Oct 10 '07 I tried the gun in hand as it would really be seen and I couldn't see the gun. So I drew the physically impossible. Caught red-handed or should I say wrong-handed. Cheers, Quister

I like that the "Ah-HA!" takes a moment and then Bam! And despite it not being anatomically/physically/positively correct, we all got the concept so that makes it a success.

Seeing the gun impossibly like that hurts my brain. And my imaginary wrist.
Did it look that terrible with the barrel on the inside as opposed to the outside? It's fully possible to keep that side of the gun showing AND have it real by mirroring the gun to have the barrel/thumb on the inside - and it's a more practical way to hold it, too. |

i'd change the view, hate the overhead. make it profile and you can add much better detail to the image as a whole. facial expressions, fake smiles. could be very cool if redone.
