Yeah, and they're faces are actually a little freaky looking, too! Chalk it up to "artistic license"...but I decided not to go with the photo-realistic approach. Believe me, he started out much more realistically caterpillar looking, but the cuteness factor demanded some sacrifices and some compromise.
