I like the colorful background behind the girls.. but I find the whole "angel/devil girl" concept tacky and overused.

I think the angel girl could definitely do with some wings and the backs of both girls look a little too curved. I'd tend too agree that the concept is overused but your backgrounds are really nice.

Also, I realize that you want some nice, perky boobage in there but their boobs are strangely high, like they're comming out of the collar bone. That looks more creepy than sexy to me.
