"don't vote if you don't get it" so that means basically you would be the only one voting on your own design thats stupid 0 for stupidity
you have to explain your designs if you want people to understand otherwise whats the point of subbing designs

i didn't get it but i was still able to vote. it was surprisingly easy. all i had to do was just point on the zero and then click the mouse. just like that.

The reference is a little too obscure, and the fact that its a pully wheel is a little hard to see.
