It's not an exact ripoff, but it's pretty close. The image looks like it was reversed, sent through a Photoshop filter and slapped onto a background. Plus no credit was given to the original artist.

It is very illegal... a manip of a photo is "acceptable in some cases" but when it comes to original artwork there is absolutely no room without artists consent within a certain amount of years. Im not going to assume this is the only 1 in 102 designs but I would hope this would scare you into not stealing any more art, its just bad for your image as a legit designer. |

You should have used the original image as just a reference and made your own design based on it. Its not an original if you just remove some horns and turn it black and white.

I think most of his designs are created from clipart type stuff. I used to make stuff like that back in the day because I can't draw.
