I am Australian, so at first, the pun was completely lost on me. I pronounce CAN'T to rhyme with AREN'T not ANT. So... yes... cantaloupe... I get it now.

Cantaloupe looks more like an orange because the size differential b/w it and the pear is off.....make the pun take longer to register
