I think this design has a lot of potential, but I think the roses are too flat -- don't change the saturation, but they look strange with inside a skull with such harsh lines. The stark contrast doesn't quite work.
Also, I would consider changing the placement; maybe angled to the side, near the bottom, possibly crossing over towards the back of the shirt. Also consider having it closer to the top, overlapping onto a sleeve. Just... not in the middle. |

I can't help but agree with Gwendydd. Nice idea though. Also maybe just the t-shirt showing through the teeth? Just an idea. I definitely dig it. Possibly make the roses monochromatic?

Sorry, the ironically "softened" skull's been done, as have skulls and roses. If you'll pardon the pun, done to death.
