Exact the bump is the tail of this simplified Morse.
What i can do is make it go on the sense of the body (moved to the left) but i think it's cuter as it is.

i think it would work if you put the text on the bottom left so it's diagonal to the "speech" bubble.

Oooh.. Cute! Why don't remove the text and, as there's lots of space below, put a small morse dictionnary? This would have two benefits: people really interested in knowing what the bubble says should stare longer at the t-shirt (that usually leads to know people from the opposite sex -"Oooooh, it says 'love me', how cute!"-) and you can use the t-shirt in case of emergency. You never know when you will need a morse code translator at hand :)
