Like the white, birds make your cool design uneven on the black. Clean and good colours. Actually don't need birds or clouds.

I think the swirly pointy bits on the top and bottom should be either in line with each other or more off. As they are it looks like they're supposed to be in line but aren't quite right. I'm guessing it's a peace T so it needs the doves, but the clouds are quite ugly compared with the rest of the artwork. Top right dove more to the left for better balance, no clouds = 4
