There is something unique about this that puts it apart from all the other dragon renderings I've seen. I love the size on the girl's shirt, and I think I would actually wear this. It's beautiful.

Right, five claws is a Chinese Imperial Dragon. It was historically reserved only for the emperor. I agree it could look nice on red!

on black, the blue makes it a little too primary colors.

i love the drawing but i think it would look better in different colors (the dragon itself). it could be green, purple, something creative. i think the fact that the tan, gold, and blue are so subdued makes it less appealing. it might even just be better if you kept the colors but made them bolder.
