I laughed at this but I don't like the quaility of the drawing. Reeks Highschool Sketchbook. If this wins will Nintendo sue? There's a lot of video game references, but this one is more deliberately from the game. Still funny though. No doubt about that.

It shouldn't be a copyright issue because this is obviously a fair use / parody of it. It shouldn't be a trademark issue because this is a fair use and pretty transformative. It's also not dilution because this is a parody. I'm guessing threadless is just being super conservative on this but come on! This shirt is amazing! |
