Don't think the swirles behind the speech bubble are necessary, the bird is so fantastic it should stand out more than the adventure bit. But what do I know, I can't design for crap. 5.

This is a great idea -- I would tone down the extraneous designs and have the bird's beak open, as if it were singing out his adventure to his fellow bird buddies.

Okay so I just got freaked out. I was looking through the submissions I had scored, when I thought that I saw the bird wink at me. So then I looked at it. And it WAS winking at me. Seriously, all of you, go check your scored submissions pages! It is CREEPY!!!

I like the swirlies behind it and I like his mouth closed. But in his bubble, he is facing the path, so is he talking about a path he is going to take? If he is talking about a trip he already made, he should be facing away from it.
