Good use of typography, symbols, and color, but i don't think your getting your point across

It's 'who we are,' how we grow as people, and what we encounter in every-day life. I think this gets the point across perfectly.

I think this is really excellent, but not great for a shirt. Too much going on. With *very* few exceptions I don't want someone staring at my chest for this long. ;-)

Please rework this as a different shape. The problem with rectangles is that they're not that attractive on their own on a shirt- and from far away, this is a rectangle. To make a truly killer shirt, I think the design needs to be appealing at three distances: far, medium and close. Right now you've nailed two of the distances, I think if you appeal to the far distance as well this is a print.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I totally see the point about the way it should look from afar, but I think it looks pretty nice as it is too.
I am thinking of making other typographical designs and I will definitely not make them boxy and consider your comments carefully.

I think if the shape wasn't a perfect square, it would look a little better.

Kind of like a square colored in my someone that can't stay in the lines.
