I think this is great-I agree it would work just as well without the symbols, if it gets printed my mate is having it for her christmas/birthday, and if you can do one with puppies i'll have it!

I notice a lot of people are suggesting to get rid of the signs. If there are many more requests for this, and if the design is chosen, then I'll consider taking them out. Please let me know what you think. |

i like the symbols but at the same time i dont
i like how you've done them but since the cats are all just sort of doing their own thing they don't line up with their symbols so it would look better just without them at all |

If you keep the signs, please align them with the matching characters. For example, you have the Sagittarius cat next to the Taurus symbol.

MegP on Sep 05 '07 You know, I did try that, but the composition just didn't work. The cats would have to be much smaller, there would be a large gap in the centre and too much focus would be on the symbols (I wanted it to be more on the cats). It's a good idea, though!

I cant pick a favorite, they are all so cute!! Im not sure I like the symbols, maybe make them smaller to make the cats more of a focus?

one of the most original designs i've seen in a long time!
i don't care if it glows in the dark or not - it would be fine without it (and cheaper). everything else i would keep exactly as is. don't remove the symbols, because i think it really wouldn't hit a lot of people as zodiac signs if they weren't there. maybe making them a bit smaller would help the composition problem of them not being directly next to their respective signs. $5. |

I think the symbols should stay. I read that you couldn't align the cats next to their own symbol, but could you possibly get them closer to the correct one? For example the Aquarius is near Libra...they are sooo far apart in the chart. I love this design! I would love to buy this!

I think keep the symbols, but glow-in-the-dark isn't really necessary. Plus it would be cool if the cats were close-ish to their matching symbols, but hey - if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Still $5 from me. :-)

I agree with Keter, but if the composition doesn't work how about incorporating the signs onto the cats? small, but big enough to be able to tell what they are.

Love it. I don't think you should match the cats and the signs, we don't want to have just a basic astrological chart. You may try to remove the signs totally for more mystery (but I like it anyway, and the glow-in-dark feature too). Good job.

don't like the fact that the signs aren't by the corresponding cat. you don't have to go in chronological order with the signs - just put the sign close to the right cat. otherwise it's confusing.
having said that, it wouldn't have the same impact without the signs, so I would suggest keeping the signs but shifting them so they're close to the corresponding cat. |

About my design
I had lots of fun designing these little characters. This tee features glow-in-the-dark print, so when the lights go out, the signs of the zodiac will glow beautifully and dazzle everyone around you, who will surely stare in awe. Hope you enjoy!
