This one is based on the method of giving criticism that involves sandwiching negative criticism in between positive comments.

For example:
You're really good at organising but you need to work on not annoying the hell out of everyone. Nice tie though.

this is a really good idea, too bad it couldn't suck any worse without a vacuum pump. I like the color though.

;) I like it, but I don't get it without you explaining it. Love the style. Hmm. Not sure I like the execution of the word bubbles. But overall I like the aesthetic. 5, just to prop up the score.

Nice to see you poking fun at corporate culture
but I'm not sure about the handwritten text.
Overall though the design has merit and I'd like to see it developed.
