After some comments and critiques, I've resubmitted an improved design for your approval.
My thought here is, "Sometimes self help isn't helpful."

It's clever... It just doesn't have the look of something I'd want on a shirt.

I think this needed a more drastic revision than you gave it. The ghost still seems to be the wrong shape and the angles don't seem correct to me (shouldn't we see some of the ghost's face?).

DUDE! You didn't put the pacman reflection of him barrelling towards the blue ghost like everyone suggested! this would made the shirt and your point about running away from what you are scared of that much more intense. It's a pity...this needs another resub before i give it high five i wanna.

This doesn't need a Pac Man, just make ghost his normal non-running color (red, orange, whatever).

I think blue is good as it is. That's the color they get when they're in trouble. No pacman. Love the idea. Bottom spikey things throw me off.

Blinky is at home, he's feeling down. Goes to bathroom, catches his reflection and realizes to himself "You've got to stop running." Don't need Pac Man to spell everything out.

cool, makes sense to me--maybe make the blue color a little more pixelated? The ghosts are kind less smooth than this

I agree with TheAargh...nearly perfect design for any gamer, retro or otherwise, 80's fan...or a fan of cool things...
