Either just make it the heart/coffee cup, or put the word "coffee" like it's written on the coffee cup in the diagonal upsdie-down manner the cup is positioned in, which will draw people to what it really is. |

It's not at all too subtle. Only a monkey would have problems understanding this.
Also, if the bottom of the mug was flat, then the image wouldn't work, would it? If a lack of realism in stylised, double-meaning images is a problem for you, then you're in trouble. |

Super clever and I love coffee but I wouldn't wear this. The concept is great but the design is super generic. I know it's supposed to be that way but I still don't like it. I hope it gets printed, though. A lot of people seem to like it.

The absolutely only, ONLY thing I don't like is the color. Here's just a suggestion, and take it what you will: I'd love to see it on a brown shirt with the parts that look like a dark brown now (possibly black; the drop and the I) could be white then, and the drop could have a white outline and a white highlight maybe then. I'd like it better for 2 reasons: It would pop off a brown shirt better, and the part that forms the inside of the handle in the mug would be cut out then and you could understand it is a mug easier. But an absolute $5 to this. It's ICONIC, seriously. This is amazing. If this doesn't print, you could sell this to a major MAJOR coffee company I bet. |

I don't drink coffee ever, so maybe this is wrong, but- are coffee cups really that tall? Wouldn't this still work if the coffee cup's shape was more squarish and natural? To me, it would work better.

It's an icon with a double meaning - if it doesn't conform to reality closely (actually, I always drink coffee out of a mug, not a cup, so it's fine, size and shape-wise) that's because the concept wouldn't work as well if it did. But it does work. So shut yer mouf. |

i'm sorry, it is indeed clever, but it would work better if it actually looked like a coffee cup. i'm sure you could still pull it off and also have it still look very much like a heart. cos the way it looks now, without the title, no one would ever think otherwise.

And if you cant see it, youre not an idiot, you just need to go away for a while and then look at it with 'fresh eyes'. I often find it hard to change the way I look at something.
