to check someone out = to gaze at someone's appearance
in order to enjoy their sexual attractiveness

the card in this design is the kind found in each book in a
library which helps the library know when that book was
checked out so they can determine if it was returned late
or not

so the design blends the "being checked out" concepts of both
situations to communicate that the shirt wearer gets
"checked out" on a regular basis - especially in November

OK guys I got it. Problem is I don't think its funny as is. If I wore that shirt I would be adversizing that not one person checked me out during the months of Dec or Jan, not a good thing if you ask me.

Now I think you could make it funny by just adding a punchline on the back of the shirt.

I will have to say I love the art, just needs a little bit more.

hear hear on the off center idea (though that's probably getting old to you). it's a really nice concept though, well done...the ink smears are a nice touch too.
