nicely illustrated, however to make the point I think it would be better with the teddy bear actually grabbing at the fish.

aw poor bear, doesn't he know that he can fight the teddy bear for that fish? They can be vicious when it comes to food but he has him on size and strength

I like how there could be so many interpretations to this shirt
e.g. the real bear got the fish for the teddy, and is now disappointed that teddy is rejecting him/it |

teddy bears are either made with their legs flat ( like standing) or with their legs in front of them ( like sitting)
yours, while cute, looks somewhere in the middle.... im confu zed. esp with the shadow...so i would suggest the sitting bear |

Kookaberry on Aug 22 '07 No I like the teddy bear not grasping the fish. It makes more sense and drives the irony home. A teddy bear is lifeless therefore it's super sucky for the real bear that he SOMEHOW still wound up with the fishie. Oh the tragedy!

and size hides the fact that it is so strong that even a real bear is unable to take a dead fish away from it |

I really like the idea but without the title being present a person seeing someone wearing the shirt might not understand why the real bear is looking for forelorn...i dont know how you could clraify it without putting the title in but i dont think you should add words into it either...hmmm...

this just makes me so very very sad for some reason. something about an allegory for the plight of intrinsic and enduring beauty, left to languish because of learned helplessness in the face of artificial glamour... or maybe its just the idea of some creature starving.

teddy bears left arm looks weird... and make him holding the fish... great concept...

it's good. the bear is being considerate to what he imagines the teddy to be a cub. little does the bear know that he will starve while that "cub" takes its time to eat the fish. color, design, solution good.
