Yeah, it's cute, but dirty at the same time... if you want to lose the dirty, maybe you could lose the arms on the banana and put its fave in the middle below the scoops looking up at them (you might have to reposition the sccops to center them more)... just a thought :)

I have no problem with the artwork itself, I think its great, but I think the banana needs peeling or changing to another color. I don't remember the last time I ate a banana split with the skin of the banana on !
