As Orangeradiokitty and fatheed say, perhaps it's better to write "Dude, are you all right?". Oe even "Dude???" alone :) ABout the font, fatheed, i like it, but an handwritten one could nice too.

my only complaint is that the way you made the shadows and grass blades, it's looks like the items are hovering just above the ground. also not a huge fan of the font.
