I think we should all focus on everything that isn't part of the shocking for shocking sake words of this design. Just to piss off the designer. hehehe.

The only thing i was shocked about was the stunning disregard for stethescope integrity in this design. The protective rubber coating goes up further and the metal protruding doesn't look like an mp3 player!!! How revolting!

I don't think it is offensive. It is actually something a kid would say, at least one that doesn't really know what aids is. :) I don't know if I would wear it, but just because it says something about aids, doesn't mean that it is horrible.
