I love it - but it doesn't need the silhouettes of flying birds in the background. They seem like a rushed afterthought.

francobolli on Aug 07 '07 Awesome technique, but it's a bit busy with no focal point... just think it sits a bit awkwardly on the t-shirt. Refined a bit more and it'd be ace. The bird on the tricycle pulling the Puffin itself is gold though. Good luck! :-)

The flying bird silhouettes aren't in the actual design. I just added those for the display. That would have pushed it over the colour limit.

I agree that it feels cluttered and busy. Maybe if the birds where scattered more throughout the shirt? T-shirts are big-- use the space! If it were better compositionally, I would definitely 5-and-buy it.

Too much going on. Scale back a few of the birds in the front for a cleaner, more focused design. Love the idea and the half-tones are incredible.
