Oh it's so funny yet it's missing something to me. I do hope that any constructive criticism given to you that you use to hopefully modify and resubmit. It doesn't feel there quite yet. I suppose I would say that the text is unnecessary and I'm not fond of how the sidewalk just sort of ends in the middle of the shirt. Perhaps consider a different background or a different placement. I'll give you a 3 just cause I like the concept but I think with an improved design I could definitely give you a 5.

The perspective of the sign looks a bit off. I also don't know if the P needs a face. It is cute, but I don't know if it's necessary, I'd prefer if it wasn't there.

Maybe the text could go on the back or the sleeve, make it a bit less obvious but still there to be seen.

Not sure about the text, or the background color, but I absolutely love the concept and design!

I think I'd like it even better with the text either gone or more noticeable, and with the P's face more obvious; at first I couldn't see the eyes and such. $5 because it's allllmost there.

It doesn't need the text. I got the idea right away...and then scrolled down and saw the text, and thought it was overdone. You should make the street wrap around the shirt or something, to make it a little more interesting.

Without the text this gets a $5 from me. Great work!

Just make the "p" hanging its head a bit and making a sad face, or go the other way and give it a big shocked face at seeing the sign. Or you can have a thought bubble of scribbles to make the "p" show its disgust at the letterism of this part of town. fun concept, but the drawing needs to get there a bit more towards the message.
