it looks like a quilt on her head mostly because of that yellow design, but it does turn into a ham going towards her feet

To me, this is a fantastic illustration but it doesn't look good on a shirt. It feels really heavy and doesn't make great use of the shirt's space. (I'd suggest having the girl smaller, with the quilt trailing long behind her to help combat this)

I think this has potential but the overall shape is confusing... what if you had a different pattern on the quilt?

here's a case where bad color and a couple of bad design decisions killed a superb drawing. put an interesting pattern, maybe something with another idea to it, on the quilt and a better color scheme, resub and you'll have a winner
