religious-y? not everything on there has to do with religion. i don't call rosa parks, william shakespeare, george washington, and many more to be part of the bible or things discussed in church. it's more of a tribute to those who "believe"ed and got somewhere, or did something important.

Spellcheck. I just glanced, and already see one name that is totally wrong. Earnest Hemmingway should be Ernest Hemingway.

Also, I'm not crazy about the concept. To me, that doesn't look great on a shirt.

yeah... this doesnt really look like something that should be on a tshirt. Perhaps an advertisement for a PBS special.

mjoo, nice catch on the misspelling. I don't know how I missed that. I'll just have to fix it before it gets printed. Wink, wink.

Anyway, thanks for all the critic and everything.

VERY cool. I love that you call upon figures of different kinds, not just of a reliougious, musical, artistic, or historical background. Universal appeal.

In response to vice virtue,

The concept isn't supposed to be an advertisement for Parappa the Rapper, it's supposed to be a design based on the concept of "I gotta believe." Just because something doesn't conform to your beliefs, doesn't make it less believed.

oh, and "wtf?" Come on, lol.

This hurts my eyes to try & read. It'd be even worse to try & read once it's on a human body & had wrinkles in it.

Cool idea. Without looking at the text close up, it looks like a sweet band t-shirt.

I'd like it more if it went across the middle or bottom of the tee horizontally. Plus, it'll bring back my days in college when there wasn't a shirt with stripes across the chest that i didn't like. I also like it spelled "earnest hemingway" better. lol. I believe i like this idea.

well, I like it. I think the typography would be better if instead of just slapping "BELIEVE" overtop of the rest of type, you highlighted letters and from a distance it it spelled BELIEVE.4

Hmm...the placement on the shirt reminds me a bit of a miss universe sort of thing...or is that the point? Not sure. Anyway, it be interesting to see it on different parts of the tee.

i love this. i like the placement too, but where does the word believe come from? because i notice a lot of things not religious and were just kind of prominent people in history...

anyway, id buy it.
