mj00 on Jul 26 '07 Helo is right, the robots should all be different. Also, I like the concept as expressed in the title better than I like it on a shirt- they seem to be forming a rectangle, not a machine.

i agree with seumas it should take up the whole thing like iconoclast. it would be sick then. i like the color pattern though. and yeah make every one different like the above comments state as well. but over all the design is cool

I wanted to make the whole shirt a pattern, but I thought we were restricted to a 13 in x 16 in design area. This is my first Threadless submission.

The comments about arrangements are appreciated. You're probably right. The design was originally set up to be a repeating pattern across the entire shirt.

I like the shirt. My favorite robot is the one with the tank-type wheels. But yea...it would be cool if the whole shirt was a robot pattern. In fact, make it a pattern and then make it into some sheets and pillowcases! I'll buy em.

I like the outline... just that one green robot with his bottom coloured in distracts me. Otherwise I like this!

loking at this itd be awesome if you took theyre colors and made them argyl aoutlined and fill the shirt and enter it as another submission, i believe we get three a comp unless im mistaken, i sumbmitted two so far ... I too and a threadless newb, posted some of my first shirts for this contest too they shoudl be up soon

if you cant repeat them over the entire chest area, maybe put them in a circle type thing so there aren't any gaps...
i like the colors and drawings a lot, and yes, you should make pajamas out of this if threadless doesnt print it! ;] |

To put the issue to rest, the copy/paste is intentional. I hate bludgeoning people with symbolism, but here it is.
The repetition of robots and colors are to show that although there are different people groups, and different races, we can all connect the same. |

I like this. I like that it only takes up the centre block. More than that and I think it would look too busy.
I think that there is just enough variation between the robots (despite repetition) to keep it interesting. The robots seem fun and friendly. |
