Why the frog and the fish? I like it, but needs work.

I love this shirt as is! The platypus swimming through the layered plaid is so...techno, like someone backhandspringing thorugh lasers. Okay, I'm being a little silly, but he has such a peaceful look on his face! I just love it, he's so zen about the rays of light/laser beams around him. I think that if you made the platypus plaid it would lose some of the beautiful simplicity of both the platypus and the straight lines of the plaid...and the pun would become too obvious.



Personally, I'd love the tee in gray-blue or black, and the stripes in blue/hot pink, but that's just because I'm into that color scheme and it goes with my idea of the techno plaid platypus...now it looks more like my other interpretation which is rays of sunlight streaming through the water. Anyway, the only thing that I would change is the color scheme, though I realize that I haven't taken into consideration the extra colors needed to screen, so I'm going to shutup now.



I also love the frog jumping off of nothing, though that and the fish go against my minimalist tendencies...the frog from nothing could be a desing in and of itself in my world.

is the plural form platypi? anyways i love it.

I can't decide what I really think about this shirt.. I'm torn. But i do kinda like the thought of the plaid..

i like this...platypus's are funny and i like the shirt...personally i think it would look good without the little waves and frog...just with the platy and the plaid...its cool the way it is diagonal like that
