This reminds me of the movie, Meet The Parents where they talk about the Circle of Trust. You don't want to be on the outside! I like it!

but wait... if it's racist then it's the white guy being left out... that would be bad why? :-)
but more on topic... the design is to vague for my taste... the people inside the circle could have any number of things in common... the design doesn't give a clue as to what is significant. And the white dude isn't really outside the boundry... to me he looks to be doubting wether to joint in or not... |

hmm... i kinda like it, but maybe make the circle more connected looking. and don't make the peoples black and white. |

tesco on Jul 27 '07 to me it looks a bit like a white guy walking in to a lighthouse full of black guys. I like the aesthetic though.
