I think the image could be smaller with a bottom left placement, just because it already seems to flow in that direction.
I like it, but I'm sure you'll get voted down because people will say it's too gory. |

I like it! But I agree with WalkinAlong. Shrunk down to 80%-90% of its current size would allow the darknees to seem more invasive, and the blood splatter more directional. This will create movement, making it a much more explorational experience. Magritee with gore! Yum!
