If you are putting words on a shirt and having trouble finding the right phrasing, try Critiques. It can be especially helpful if English is your second language.
To me, though, the words aren't really necessary- I think this would be stronger if you showed other fish reacting to this fish's dilemma.
Stop championing the critiques on every sub you don't like. It's like saying "you should have worn your seatbelt, idiot!" to someone that got in a car accident and had their leg amputated. It's completely rude. Learn some respect, man.
Mjoo DOES overstate the importance of the critiques section, TotalPwnage. However, he/she also is NOT rude about her own critiques of a piece, and is just trying to help out. She/he is always among the best reviewer of a sub and always gives helpful information to the maker. Mjoo never comments on any of MY collabs, but that might be good or bad depending on what he/she would say. lol. anywho, I do agree with mjoo that by making this fish smaller, lowering it on the shirt, and putting some fish in the back reacting in horror, swimming away or wrinkling their "noses", would turn this from cliche and juvenile to...well, still juvenile, but waaay more clever.
For the record, I also champion Critiques on a lot of subs that I like quite a bit. It's good for fixing flaws that might not be obvious to the creator, and I use it pretty often. When I was a new user, I didn't know about it and if I had I think my work would have been better. I'm just giving other people the advice that I wish someone had given me, it's not intended to be malicious in any way.
yea, i appreciate what mjoo does, because the crits really should be used. there are a lot of designs that probably would score a LOT higher and be much stronger if they used crits. and totalpwnage. don't hate on the crits, if u actually submitted a design maybe u'd understand y they're so useful.
