I think the pants have to be darker to be more of a denim color. Would there be any real writing on it? We should think of a slogan to go underneath where you have writing now. There's some thing about gold chains from the movie "i'm gonna get you sucka" that might be a good subtle thing.

I am really surprised this one got dropped, I say rework the colours a bit and the size of it and resub...maybe put him in an environment or something so that it is obviously different.
