About my design

by Sangokyu
I was thinking of the theme, "I gotta BELIEVE!" when certain things went through my head- one being the story of Icarus. Sure, Icarus' flight didn't end so well, but what if it had? Imagine those first few seconds of flight! His father, Daedalus, must've been proud as well. Anywho - they believed they could fly and did so... how inspirational!

Ummm, if people dont know which is icarus and which is daedalus they wont get the tee at all....

The design for the subject matter is a little too cartoony for me. Looks to Disney Hercules.

good idea but you need a better way to illustrate it for Threadless' market.

I'm sorry to tell you, but Icarus didn't make it.

Icarus doesn't appear to be flying here. He looks more like he's just standing around. In mid-air.

Daedalus and Icarus went on the flight together, and their wings were made from wax and feathers. Daedalus warned his son not to fly too high, but being stupid, Icarus wanted to reach the gods and flew higher and higher. The wax melted and he and his wings fell to the water beneath them. Daedalus watched his son fall and had to continue his flight, or die stopping.

So... I would have voted this shirt well, but the inaccuracies peeve me. Sorry.

You should have Ircus of the back falling and his dad should have a terrible look on his face, it'd be like a before and after.
