Have you seen the old "Funny Face" drink mix packets and mugs? Every time I see your stuff it makes me want to drink sugar water.

The text layout & font choice are not working at all. Plus, with the phrase being so close to the side seam & so low on the shirt- it'd be difficult to ever read it, not to mention the misspelling.

The drawing itself could also use help. The colors you chose (primarily the beige skin color) almost melt into the pink shirt so badly that you can barely tell there's a beige color at all. The characters are flat, stiff and elementary, which could work with your concept if there were a different layout & flow to the overall design.

Upon zooming in on your drawing, I can see stray points and wonky paths. Take a little more time polishing up your concepts.

Lastly, little Timmy (the boy on the right) looks like an amputee.

I think it would be ALOT better without the text.

It's funny enough to see kids looking up her skirt, we don't really need to know about the panties.

Also, is it just me or is the "ary" in Mary in a slight smaller font size?

It isn't just you Rathany. I was thinking about this design this afternoon and you're right that the joke loses something without the text but what if it was a mother standing next to a little boy covering his eyes and shouting something at Mary Poppins to indicate her lack of panties? Or what if Mary Poppins was wearing commando boots so that at least some people would get the joke? The kids' expressions could just be because she's flying otherwise.
