FRICKINAWESOME on Jul 19 '07 I think the picture would be more to the point and the meaning would come out quicker if you just had the "NO WORMS" symbol on the blackboard, with another one showing a fishing line with a symbolic cross through it.

thanks for your comments! i think that although there are always ways to make things more "simple" and to the point...inherent in my intended humor are all the gory details of the lurking danger in the sea being explained to these little bassies!!!! Culminating of course with the anthropomorphic mouth of the horrible creature out there who will eat them!

I think having some text on the blackboard in addition to the pictures with something like "Say No To Worms" or "Worms: Just Say No" or "Worms: Don't Get Hooked" would emphasise the parallel on which this design is basing its humour...
